What We Buy
As a specialist and classic car buyer, we have a broad view of the market for unusual and specialist vehicles. We’ve summarised some of the types of vehicle we are keen buyers of below, but if in doubt, please submit an enquiry – we can only say no, but we are keen to help whatever vehicle you have to sell.
Left Hand Drive and Foreign Registered
We buy left hand drive vehicles, both UK registered and foreign registered LHD. If foreign registered, we will need the registration document for the country of origin (a French registered vehicle, for example, would require the carte gris and certificat de cession) and confirmation any relevant import/export duties have been paid. Many of the left hand drive vehicles we buy are from serving USAF staff PCS ing (permanent change of station) from RAF Lakenheath, Mildenhall and Feltwell looking to dispose of their vehicle, where exporting it back to the US is often an unviable option.
Classic Cars
We are strong buyers of classic cars, with an appetite for vehicles manufactured from 1950-2000, of all shapes and sizes and regardless of condition (subject to it being a make and model we would want). Please see the list at the bottom of this page for some of the brands and models we like, alternatively please fill in an enquiry form and we will come back to you promptly.
Looking to sell a modern classic vehicle?
Generally speaking these are cars manufactured between 1990-2005. We can normally help. We buy non-runners and “barn finds” too, not just concours examples.
Super Cars
We buy cars up to £100,000 in value, and are keen buyers of supercars with particular experience of Aston Martin, Bentley, Maserati and Porsche
If you have an Aston Martin to sell we are particularly keen on DBS, DB7, DB7 Vantage, DB9, DB9 Volante, Rapide, Virage, V8 Vantage, V12 Vantage, and Vanquish models.
If you have a Bentley to sell we are particularly keen on Arnage, Brooklands, Continental R, Continental T, Corniche, Eight, Flying Spur, Mulsanne, S2, S3, Turbo R and T-Series cars.
Selling your Ferrari? We have particular interest in 328GTB, 328GTS, 348, F355, 360 Modena, F430, 456GT, 550 Maranello, 612 Scaglietti, California, Mondial and Testarossa models.
If you are selling your Porsche we have experience with most of the range including 928, 944, 944 Turbo, 968 and all 911 models including 930, 964, 993 and 996 generations.
Diplomatic / Embassy Cars
Selling a diplomatic car? We can assist and are keen buyers of diplomat cars and ex-embassy. We can assist with the necessary paperwork. You do not need to register the vehicle back on UK plates – please see our FAQ section for guidance on how to sell diplomatic cars, but we will assist with all matters relating to the FCO.
Motorhomes
Whilst motorhomes aren’t our primary market compared to classic cars, we will buy your motorhome and in many cases offer a same day service for those looking for a quick, efficient sale. In particular we have experience with brands such as Burstner, Dethleffs, and Hymer. If you have one of these to sell, or any other brand, please give us a try, we’re keen to help.
German Cars
We are keen buyers of the German brands, particularly for cars made between 1970-2010. Please do enquire if you have anything newer than this, however, particularly if something unusual or higher specification!
Alpina
Are you looking to sell your Alpina? We are VERY keen buyers of Alpina models with particular interest in B10, B3, B7, B6, D3, and Roadster S models. Alpinas have long been a niche subject of ours and we are very keen buyers of all models. We understand the market for Alpina is markedly different from BMW and if you have a “Beast from Buchloe” to sell, we’d like to hear from you.
AMG (Mercedes-AMG)
If you are thinking of selling your AMG please get un touch. Examples of AMG models we would buy are C36 AMG, C43 AMG, E55 AMG, S55 AMG, SL55 AMG, SLK55 AMG, G55 AMG, and CLK63 AMG models.
Audi
We buy Audi cars with particular interest in Quattro, S2 Coupe, RS2 Avant, S4 (B5, B6), RS4 (B5, B7), RS6 (C5, C6), TT (Mk1), and R8 (first generation) models.
BMW
Selling your BMW? We are very strong buyers of BMWs with a focus on M3 (E30, E36, E46), M5 (E28, E34, E39), 8 Series (E31) including 840ci and 850i / 850csi models. Z3 (including Z3M), Z4 (E85/E86), and classic 6 Series (E24) – 628CSI, 633CSI, 635CSI and M635csi. In fact we’ve become something of an 6 series, E46 M3 and E39 M5 specialist, with many of these models passing through our hands over the years. In fact, if you are selling an older BMW, DO please get in touch – we know the market for them well.
Mercedes-Benz
We buy Mercedes-Benz models with particular interest in SL-Class (R107, R129, R230), S-Class (W126, W140, W220), E-Class (W124 Coupe and Cabriolet), 190E (Cosworth), CL-Class (C215), and G-Class models. 500SL is something of a speciality of ours, as are the classic C126 SEC models.
Volkswagen
We buy Volkswagen vehicles with a focus on Golf GTI (Mk1, Mk2, Mk3), Golf R32 (Mk4, Mk5), Scirocco (classic and modern), Corrado VR6 and Beetle models.
